Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) – Transformative Actions Interdisciplinary Laboratory (TRAILab)

Within UCSC, TRAILab (Transformative Actions Interdisciplinary Laboratory) is a research laboratory founded at the beginning of 2015. The laboratory is oriented towards realizing what we have called ‘transformative actions’, i.e. research activities, training and entrepreneurial initiatives that are able to produce relevant knowledge and social impacts. The generative vocation of the laboratory also translates into a transdisciplinary perspective. In particular, the team for this research project is composed of five professors in sociology, demography, and management and organization. The PI and team members have experience in coordinating international and national research projects and recognised expertise in their fields of study.
